Warranty Conditions:

If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then we automatically provides a Standard 3 months Return to Base Warranty for any manufacturing faults or defects under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period. However If you buy the product for business purposes, the warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those products. We are honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1996.

Replacement Policy:

The Buyer must report any transit damages within 7days of receiving the item. so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  We reserve the right to refuse transit claims that are made after this time frame.

Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. We are liable for the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item is 'not what you expected'.

Warranty does not cover:
1.    Natural hazard damage (ie: weather, ultraviolet [UV] damage),
2.    Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
3.    Neglect and careless storage.
